While we always hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, we do understand that there can be some uncertainty involved when ordering items online. This is why we are always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding a specific product prior to making your purchase. Therefore, we must strictly enforce our return policies in order to continue to successfully run our company. We appreciate your understanding regarding these policies.
When making a return with us, please be mindful of the following policies.
When making an ONLINE RETURN:
All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, free from stains, odors, deodorant, smell of cigarette smoke, pet hairs or rips/tears of any kind, etc. If any of these apply to a returned item, it will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will also not qualify for a return.
All opened or used beauty products will be final sale. Once a beauty product has been opened we are no longer able to resell this product if returned. There will be a $5 restocking fee applied to any beauty product returned to us. These must be unopened and unused. For additional questions regarding online beauty returns please call our beauty department directly at 843.856.3585.
All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
All returned items must be post marked within 7 days of delivery date to qualify for a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an online store credit. Any returned item that is postmarked 15 days or later from the original delivery date will not be accepted. These items will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
Please note that return shipping is not inclusive of refund amount and is the sole responsibility of purchaser. Please allow 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned merchandise for refund to be processed and credited on original purchasing credit card or for store credit to be issued.
*All returns must include the original packing slip with order number.

When making an IN STORE RETURN:
For any purchase made in store, items must be returned to the shop within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

What if my package says delivered but I did not receive the item?
We can not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our store we can only see the same tracking information that is made available to you. When a package says "delivered" it has been delivered to the best of our knowledge.
We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly in this circumstance. They may be able to provide you with some additional information or assist you in filing a claim directly with the carrier.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective upon arrival?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us via email as soon as possible, no later than three days after receiving your package. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, then it will not qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage, name on the order, order number, and brief explanation of the damage in your email. Send all damage emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
